The Parents' Association's second ever 'Christmas Fair' was held last Friday and was a great success.....when a final figure is available you will be the first to know.

The video below only gives a 'flavour' of the day......and huge thanks are due to Siobhan McMahon, Yvonne Doris, Tina Fortune, Darren Fortune, Kathy Siggins, Pamela O'Connor, Wioleta Moskwa, Ursual Kelly and Sue Rea-Brennan who worked tirelessly to organise and run the event.

Huge thanks also to Ms. Forde's 3rd Class in Room 9 for taking the time to 'brain storm' and recount the day for you all.

Enjoy!!!

'First everyone got the stalls ready.  Then it started at 9’o clock. There were lots of different stalls. People were selling cakes, stones, pancakes, paintings, cards and decorations. It was open to the public. We luckily got to sell things at the fair. Each class got to come down and buy things. They had 20 minutes each. Each class felt very excited. The face painting was very popular. Loads of people asked for the “Grinch”. Things were selling fast. The cake stand was the busiest place in the hall. Many parents helped us sell at the stalls. Everyone got to buy what they wanted. It was a great chance to buy presents for your family. It was a brilliant success. Everybody was in the Christmas Fair.'

J.H. : “It was a great experience for me, I wish I could it again”.
