Last week saw 'Catholic Schools Week' celebrated in all classes in the Faythe school. Class appropriate resources were used in all classrooms and this year the special Mass where a special family friend or a grandparent was invited into school did not fall victim to the weather. A great crowd from 4th, 5th and 6th classes literally packed the Hall for this 12.30pm Mass which was celebrated by Fr. James. Afterwards there was a cup of tea or a coffee and a chat for anyone who could stay and still allow them be 'on time' to collect the infants at 1.40pm.

On Friday the all classes from Rooms 4, 9, 9A, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 went to Bride Street for '10 Mass.'

Appropriately the meeting for parents and guardians of children deciding to make their Confirmation in 2019 and the Mass of Commitment was held this week too.

Thanks to Ms. Dempsey, Ms. Kelly, Fr. Cullen and Mag for all their work on the 'Wednesday Mass' and to James Murphy for facilitating the 'Confirmation Meeting.'
